CryptoTax SA does not currently charge for access. This policy describes the refund position for any future paid services.

At present the platform is in its practitioner-validation phase and no payment is charged for access. There is therefore no subscription fee to refund and no purchase to reverse. If this changes, this page will be updated before any payment is accepted.
If CryptoTax SA introduces paid plans, the following principles will apply: the subscription period is defined at the time of purchase, fees are payable in advance, and the platform will describe the cancellation and refund position on the checkout page and in the applicable Terms of Service before you commit.
No payment will be taken without you being shown exactly what you are buying, for how long, and at what price. If we make an error in charging, it will be corrected and refunded promptly.
Where services are performed by a practitioner using the platform as a tool, the fee relationship is between you and that practitioner. Any refund, dispute, or cancellation question for those services should be addressed directly with the practitioner. CryptoTax SA is not the seller of practitioner services and cannot refund their fees.
If you are ever charged when you believe you should not have been, or if a payment error occurs, you may raise a query through the in-platform support channel or by replying to your sign-in email address. Queries will be acknowledged and investigated in good faith.
